The States of Guernsey, Policy Council is seeking dynamic, well qualified graduates to meet the challenges of our Graduate Officer Scheme. This Scheme provides graduates with the chance to experience work in a wide variety of environments whilst providing an intensive programme of assignments and training including the opportunity to study for a Post Graduate Certificate in Management.
Skills are developed through a series of annual placements with different States departments allowing time to experience a wealth of variety in the work place before finally embarking upon a chosen career path within the Civil Service.
