The postholder will work closely
with Investigating Officers and will be responsible for the coordination of
sensitive information and will oversee the teams' computer and general office
systems. He/she will manage the collation of intelligence information, assist
with the identification and recording of statistics and be responsible for the
receipt, management and filing of correspondence. The postholder will also
provide support to Senior Investigation Officers with file preparation, proof
reading, minute taking and the preparation of reports. Applicants must be self motivated and well organised whilst demonstrating a high level of integrity. The postholder must demonstrate sound judgement with the ability to drive and manage projects, have good written and presentation skills with an aptitude to undertake legal research and have the ability to maintain accuracy. Good communication, team working, analytical and IT skills are also essential. Due to the nature of the post, shortlisted candidates will be required to submit to an Enhanced Police Check in accordance with the Home Department staff vetting policy. |
