	Adult Services - Senior I Occupational Therapist
	We are seeking to recruit an Occupational Therapist to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team within Older Adult Mental Health services. He / she will manage a defined caseload, using evidence based / patient centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions, including discharge planning and facilitation. This will involve the coordination of services and communication with carers and service users in order to consider the potential for people to retain their autonomy and remain within their own environment for as long as possible. Candidates must hold a Degree or Diploma in OT and have state registration with the HPC. Relevant post graduate experience is also essential.
