Transition Manager 2 year contract (36 hours per week) |

This is a dual role that will be
split between the day-to-day operational management of the Medical Records
Department and assisting the Electronic Health and Social Care Record (EHSCR)
Project Team, in particular the Electronic Patient Record and Clinical
Applications phases of the EHSCR project. This will involve the scoping,
modelling, designing, developing, testing and implementing software within the
TrakCare environments.
In addition, the post holder will be responsible for developing, changing and testing daily/weekly reports from the TrakCare system and the management, development and implementation of agreed transition plans. Proven experience in effective systems management, proven knowledge and skills in design and development of new systems and creative technical experience are essential.
